A lot of people die climbing Mount Everest and it's too dangerous for the bodies to be removed, so they remain... frozen in the positions and most often places where they died, they often act as grim navigational markers for future climbers. A healthy former palliative care nurse has ended her life at a Swiss euthanasia clinic after describing old age as "awful". The nurse, who had penned two books on how to care for the elderly, said her career had revealed to her the stark realities of growing old.

A 46-year-old man died while canoeing in Loon Lake in the northern suburbs of Illinois Memorial Day weekend after he jumped in the water to try and save a cat. Police said alcohol is believed to have been a factor in the incident.

While shadowing a coroner, some guy came across this ingenious 40-year-old contraption designed to fire 8 shotgun shells into your head simultaneously, and even included a manual dead man's switch/fail-safe just in case the method failed. Pretty clever problem solving there, someone get that inventor a desk and a payche... oh.

A well-known Queens graffiti artist was electrocuted by the third rail in a Brooklyn subway station, sources told The Post.

Underground graffiti legend Jason Wulf, 42, was found dead on the tracks just before 10 p.m. Wednesday at the 25th Street Station in Sunset Park, sources said. It's unclear exactly what Wulf was doing right before he died, but the MTA said it is ­investigating the death.

Seven people have died after climbing down a well in Cambodia to retrieve about 75 cents. Police officer Muy Norn said the victims died due to a lack of oxygen at the bottom of the 5-meter (16-foot) -deep well.
